Law-enforcement officials in New Jersey say they dismantled a multimillion-dollar sports-betting ring that allegedly involved members of the Lucchese crime family. The operation recruited younger agents, some of college-age, and moved money through student-agent networks. The New Jersey Attorney General's office announced charges of racketeering, gambling conspiracy and money laundering tied to the scheme.
