The Real Story
At a November 6, 2025 Oval Office event announcing price cuts on weight-loss drugs, President Trump appeared to struggle to keep his eyes open for roughly 20 minutes, repeatedly closing his eyes and slouching while seated behind the Resolute Desk. The event was also interrupted when an attendee collapsed shortly into the proceedings, further amplifying scrutiny of Trump's stamina and presence during the live stream.
