Let's Get Real It's Time For a Draft

The 'candy-a**' Progressives will scream and complain, but they don't count.

How about a three-tiered scheme?:

1) Everyone, once they reach the draft age (no exemptions) if accepted after screening shall be required to perform two-years minimum service.

2) The primary service shall be administrative duties in the Border Patrol, NSA, National Guard or Military Service of choice (in the USA).

3) Option for non-combatant service in the Military (USA or overseas) for 50% more pay.


Those that chose to extend beyond the two year mandatory window and are accepted will get a 25% increase in pay and more increases as their seniority and contributions warrant.

Safety Net, Penalties,etc:

a. By law colleges and universities would be required to excuse such absence up to two and 1/2 years without any form of penalty.

b. Refusal to serve (if accepted after screening) shall result in a minimum of 1 year in confinement (not in a prison) without pay.

c. By law employers would be required to excuse such absence up to two and 1/2 years without any form of penalty. Position and seniority would not be required to increase during the absence. (Employers could give credit for service if they wished)

d. All persons shall receive a base minimum wage of $9.00 per hour and be subject to all normal Federal and State income taxes and FICA taxes.


Progressives will hate such an idea cause they want all the good stuff of the USA but refuse to help the effort.

Some selfish folks and elites will hate the idea cause they are....

Most real Americans will embrace this idea.

It ain't perfect but it reflects reality. Our enemies are gaining, it's time to get serious.
