AUGUST 22, 2006 : NUCLEAR DAY?

Could August 22, 2006, be the start of global nuclear chaos? That is the deadline US President Bush has given Iran to halt its nuclear build up. That is also the date Islamics celebrate the journey of Mohammed to Jerusalem and his ascension into heaven.
Convergence by chance? What more fanatically crazy way by which Muslims can light up the sky for Mohammed than to show off Nuclear Day to the world?
The Middle East is already as crazy as a lunatic. The nuthouse spillover into nations nearby is reaching the brim of hell’s cup.
"Alexander Vladimirov, major general and vice-president of the Board of Military Experts of Russia, states in Collision of Civilizations: 'This (nuclear) war is utterly futile for either one of the sides. And as the one lacking in logic it is all the more dangerous.
"'The most dangerous aspect lies in the fact that Israel (and perhaps even Iran by now) possess nuclear weapons and are able to put them to use. "American political scientist Bernard Lewis in the acclaimed publication of Wall Street Journal (believes August 22 is Nuclear Day.) He is a man with close ties to the Bush administration as well as to the non-conservatives pushing for the radical solution of the ‘Iranian Threat.’ Lewis believes it will be precisely Tehran who will unleash the ultimate conflict by attacking Israel."
Those studying Bible prophecy are aware that the Earth’s crust will suffer fire — one third of the globe coming under some kind of inferno. Detail is given in symbolic language in the New Testament’s Book of Revelation. That does not mean that the planet will be obliterated. The Bible relates prophecies to the globe’s surface alone for the planet will continue to spin upon its axis for a millennial reign of Christ..
All such calamities will take place prior to the Second Coming of Christ. That tribulation time frame is the devil’s last fling at the Earth, God’s footstool. Satan hopes to gain control of the footstool so that he can then gain control of eternity’s throne. It won’t happen. But that does matter to Satan, the source of insanity and all matters unreasonable.
Therefore, one can readily see the demonic moves now in the Middle East, the navel of the planet where humanity began in the Garden of Eden. All is coming full circle in the time and predictions of the Almighty. Those attuned to Scripture put the divine revelation alongside daily news to see the convergence. Sometimes it is blurred; other times it is quite clear.
"According to Lewis the followers of Mohammed have a perfect opportunity to enrich their celebration by throwing an attack on Israel. An immediate retaliation will follow.
"’Such a scenario does not seem too unrealistic to me,’ comments Sergey Markov, a Russian political scientist. ‘These days anything is possible in the Middle East. People living there are crazy and they constantly keep playing with fire. Their situation has gone out of control and is ready to explode any minute. In fact, the new world war is already going in that place.’"
Yes, and "the new world war" is also going on in Iraq. Iraq will continue to implode. Muslims wake up to kill one another daily. Therefore, that civil war will expand for Muslims basically live for blood letting according to their Koran’s Allah. It is not a political matter. It is a cultic tenet.
"Alexander Prohanov, the main editor of 'Zavtra Newspaper: Apocalypse Tomorrow,' writes: ‘The pulling of the trigger leading to the tragic chain of events has been done. Syria and Iran will be pulled into the war right after Lebanon. Israeli and American attacks on Iran will lead to the interruption of oil exports into Europe and China. Their economies will suffer. In the conclusion there will be chaos all across Asia.
"’The detonation device for the new apocalypse has been set off by Americans, obviously. They believe that they have the power and the authority to regulate the world’s chaos. But the U.S. cannot even gain control over its own minor chaos in Latin America. Let us only hope that Russia will remain neutral throughout this universal nightmare."
Jesus prophesied that in the close of the Church Age—now—there would be, among other predictions, "wars and rumors of wars." But He said to His grace children: "Let not your heart be troubled."
